Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Downtown and High Point University are only a 5 minute drive. Newly refurbished Craftsman home dates back to 1928, with all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and new HVAC system. Home sits on a nice wooded 1.5 acre lot, away from the road. Renovated 3Bd/1Bth in Kernersville, convenient to Triad (Winston Salem, Greensboro, High Point) with most stores within 10min via the close proximity to the interstate. Hardwoods in most of the living area, tile in the kitchen. Triad Park is less than a mile away and accessible through a walk down our street the back way (when cleared...for the adventurous). Some snacks provided.
