Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO the LAKE: 6 steps to go down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house so that we can accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible for now, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
