I love the parkrun here! A good trail run with some hills (this isn't very common in London!), you can jog down or cycle. You can also find the lido here or swim in Hampstead Heath natural ponds.
I also run at this parkrun. It's a five lapper but all on hard ground so great if you didn't bring your trail shoes! It's right near the Emirates Stadium if you want to check that out whilst you're down there.
