Completely renovated by an interior designer, it has beautiful parquet floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The stay has been completely redone and the updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment ideally placed with all the contemporary benefits. Breakfast, towels and bed linen are included in the service. Baby bed possible. It is not planned to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire place. I can be reached permanently via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-centre of Lyon, 200 metres from Place Bellecour, near Perrache train station and a few minutes walk from the old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais) .Two Vélov stations are less than 50 metres from the residence. A duplex on courtyard and garden, in Dardilly

Maison "Palettes" : un petit duplex pour vous accueillir, avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle ( four, four à micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle...). Un escalier part de "l'entrée des artistes", puis à l'étage, nous sommes dans la chambre "Suzanne Valladon", peintre qui résida non loin d'ici. 0ù art et art de vivre se retrouvent dans une ambiance cosy ! Un petit déjeuner est proposé avec des produits maison, jus d'orange frais, compris dans le tarif.

Cozy apartment refurbished in 2015. Located between two tram stations (300 meters) towards there leaves god 5 minutes away, close to all shops. Secure building located in a quiet interior courtyard, no vehicle passage. Free street parking Living room with equipped American kitchen on living room. 3 rooms 83 m2 combining old and modern totally renovated in hyper center of Lyon, on the peninsula, in the district of Ainay, ideally located between Place Bellecour and Perrache station, at the foot of the Ampère metro. It has 2 independent bedrooms equipped with bathrooms and overlooking the courtyard. Very quiet thanks to double glazing in all rooms, fully equipped.
