Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Peacefull house and garden nearby town centre (5mn walk), its spectacular view of the Mediterranean and Sundown will charm you. Following a barbecue on the terrace, you will appreciate the tree garden for sunny or shadow nap or family activities (petanque, tennistable,..) or walk down for a dive at Bestouan beach (5mn walk). The 7 rooms inside (living-room, dining-room-veranda and 5 communicating rooms on two levels with 3 doubles and 5 singles, baby cot) will lodge 11 persons confortably.

I rent this cozy furnished studio full sea view. Proximity to shops, beach, tourist and historical places. On the first floor out of 2 in a small Marseille building. At the foot of Notre Dame, come and spend a pleasant holiday by letting yourself be seduced by this beautiful, quiet and sought-after area of Marseille. Nearby public transportation will make it easy for you to get around. 15 minutes walk from the old port, where it's nice to shop and have a coffee on the terrace .

Anse de Malmousque is typical for its architecture, seaside and ideally located to fully enjoy the beach and Marseille. You can radiate on foot to the old port, the Bonne Mère, the corniche; and by bike or bus to the Goudes, the Mucem, the Panier... The house is not a tourist accommodation without "soul", it is a living house, very bright.
