The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

The studio apartment is located in a former convent, in a quiet courtyard in the stroric center of Florence. The house is on the second floor that can only be accessed by stairs. It consists of a single room (in addition to the bathroom with window) with a kitchenette and mezzanine accessed by a three-step staircase on which a double bed is placed. Upon request, possibility to use the single armchair bed for third guest. Centrally located within walking distance of the city's attractions.
