Hello, our apartment, approx. 37 sqm with private entrance is located in a quiet new residential area in Böhringen a district of Radolfzell. Böhringer See, a small swimming lake (for a fee) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Radolfzell and Lake Constance can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car, and by bike in about 15 minutes. The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Cozy 1 bedroom apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wifi and parking available . The district Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The apartment is ideal for 3 people, on request also 4 people possible.

Dear guests, Please note that by the end of March 2025 there is a construction site on the main road during the day, which may cause noise nuisance. For this reason, we have reduced the price by 35% for this period. Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). Care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment has approx. 60 m² and is barrier-free.
