Pembrokeshire Coast Workhouse @AlbroCastle

The Workhouse (Plas-y-Berllan) is the main building of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minute walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

In an enviable position just a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, Ellesmere is a terraced house in New Quay. Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Waterside house in historic Pembrokeshire village

Princess House is superbly situated to enjoy the fantastic attractions to be found in and around Cardigan and Pembrokeshire. Located by the river Teifi, the house has beautiful views of the river from either the house, the riverside decking, or the large terrace by the house. Between the house and riverside decking there's a large sloping lawn, all providing for a truly relaxing location. The Grade 2 listed house was built around 1865 and is located among other traditional properties.

Cilborth is ideally situated in the centre of Newquay with fantastic far reaching views of the sea in front, dolphins often spotted. Situated metres away from the popular Ceredigion Coastal Path. With private parking, WiFi,a large outdoor space suitable for barbecues etc and recent renovation makes Cilborth a beautiful place to stay. There are many seasonal activities to enjoy ranging from surfing to boat trips. Guests are able to purchase day passes for the nearby Haven Holiday Park.

My three bedroomed house is a typical terraced house, but step up through the front door, it opens up into a modern spacious accommodation, over three flours. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the heart of Aberystwyth, the quiet neighbourhood becomes a peaceful haven when the daily hustle and bustle settles down. Enjoy superb views of the townscape and distant sea view. Only a short walk to all amenities. Shops, train station, busses 7min and promenade and beach 9min.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There is a indoor swimming pool pretty much opposite the front of the home, and to the rear of the home you have a children's park, field and the river walk. You can take the scenic walk to Aberaeron High street or simply walk 5 mins down the road. All the cafe's, pubs and take aways are on your door step with the beach not too much further. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Stay in an authentic Mariners cottage a few minutes walk to the sea on the beautiful Cardigan bay coastal path. This is where quaint seaside towns and villages are nestled between the beautiful seascapes. Green fields and deep wooded river valleys, combine with the remote and starkly beautiful Cambrian Mountains. A magical place to visit. Picturesque costal location, peaceful, great views

Quirky stone cottage with lots of character in the beautiful village of St Dogmaels. Amazing views from the windows and patio of the hills, ruined Abbey and the estuary. Very quiet and peaceful location. Enjoy lying in bed listening to the stream and the owls. Poppit Sands, which is a great sandy family friendly beach is only 2 miles away, an 8 minutes drive or 45 minute walk. Lots of other great beaches near by such as Aberporth, Mwnt and Penbryn.

Cosy Ceredigion Townhouse

Vibrant townhouse set over four floors, bathed in sunlight, full of character and only a 10 minute walk from the beaches, National library, golf course, University (and its extraordinary arts centre) and all amenities. Aberystwyth - "feels like a village, shops like a town, plays like a city, works like a dream." This is not a house for minimalists or those with mobility issues.
