Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng.
