Cozy home with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace on the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Way of St. James, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You have the entire upper part of the house to yourself! The apartment is not lockable because of the emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not well suited for allergy sufferers, with physical restriction and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment Altes Pfarrhaus Kobern has been extensively renovated, modernized and expanded. Lovingly furnished, with a view of the Niederburg and unique sauna area in the old vaulted cellar. The apartment is located directly at the starting point of the hiking trail “Koberner Burgpfad” (dream path) in the wine village of Kobern-Gondorf on the Moselle. In dem 60 qm großen Appartement mit eigenem Eingang findest Du alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. 1 Doppelbett + 1 Schlafsofa- Platz für max. 4 Personen - Parkplatz vorm Haus In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß schon im Wald, auf dem 588 Meter hohen Michelsberg und kann in alle Richtungen wandern. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

💸Low Budget Apartment

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und fast fertig renoviert, es hat nur einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler. Es sind noch Fliesen an der Wand vom Waschbecken und man sieht die Wasser zu und ab lauf Hähne Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können
