Semi-detached house of 60m² in a sunny and very quiet place, with open views. It is located 100 meters from the sea and the first beach is a 10min walk (supervised swimming, water activities: diving, paragliding, towed buoys, jet skiing ...). It is 5 minutes from Tiuccia, 15 minutes from Sagone and 30 minutes from Ajaccio. It is a recent accommodation, well equipped and soundproofed. It has a terrace, equipped with an electric awning, on which you can have lunch with sea views.

Independent villa ground floor Ajaccio Salario

My place is good for couples and solo travelers. The house is in the middle of nature facing the Gulf with panoramic views of the Corsican mountains. 10 minutes drive to the city and 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches of the city ). Hiking trails leave at the foot of the house. Very quiet, you will be welcomed independently but in a friendly way in a pure juice Corsican family!! Attention , access to the house as often in Corsica is sloping and narrow.

This charming wooden chalet located in the locality of Tavera 40 minutes from Ajaccio and the beaches is located on 1500 m2 of wooded land. Refurbished in 2020, with parking at the bottom of the building it is an ideal residence for family vacations, work trips, internships. The residence is a 5-minute drive from Ajaccio city centre. I can rent a car (15€ per day, booking required, limited use in the Gulf of Ajaccio).

Mon logement est à 200m de la plage St François, 300m du port Tino Rossi (vieux port), les commerces sont à 100m. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les voyageurs en solo. L’appartement ne convient pas aux petits enfants car l’escalier en colimaçon est un peu difficile. Mobilier entièrement changé en mai 2024 Porte et fenêtres neuves également Les 2 chambres sont climatisées et il y a un brasseur d’air dans la pièce de vie.
