Backyard cottage with lots of charm

The cottage is awesome, private, clean, and spacious. There's a queen bed, futon, tall table with stools, and kitchenette. It is located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood, steps from the original Google Garage, where the company was initially started. The cottage is standalone, with its entrance. It is deep-cleaned after every stay. There is a nice patio around it that you can use, with an amaca and a few other amenities. No pets or smoking allowed. It's possible to rent a bike.

This 100-year old water tower in our backyard supplied water to beach cottages on our street. It's been renovated into a tiny home, mostly using reused or upcycled materials. We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. Newly constructed (Aug '17) ~ we welcome you to a unique tiny house in the sky! It is surrounded by a huge shared outdoor deck. The tiny house has tons of light, high ceilings, a Murphy bed, full bathroom, "tiny house" kitchen, and bonus beds in a loft space. Walkable, green, central area. COVID: unit shares NO air with anyone else! (no ductwork etc). It is a peaceful neighborhood here and we respect quiet hours after 10p.
