By the sea in northern Åland, there is this gem. A modern and spacious holiday home of approx. 100 m2 with separate guest house of 15 m2 as well as its own wood-fired sauna by the beach. Large, stay-friendly terraces in a sunny west-facing location. Private jetty that is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The place is about 40 km from Mariehamn by road all the way to the property. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, fireplace and air heat pump. Bathroom with shower. Outhouse. There's also wireless wifi.

Cozy cottage in the countryside for relaxing

Warm welcome to our cozy cottage right next to the lake! Here is the opportunity to enjoy the simplicity, swim from the mountain and rest in the silence. You have free parking, access to a rowboat (engine can be rented) and the possibility to buy a fishing license. The cottage has running water, stove, oven and electricity. There is an outdoor toilet as well as a hot water outdoor shower. The cottage is located at the end of a gravel road and on the same farm is also our house.
