Separate room - small apartment in loft with separate entrance from hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge,microwave,ceramic cooker, kettle,toaster,sink and sink. Parking a car in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 min. more walk,public transport about 300 meters .The possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola,treatment of meat on gas. grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse(for stays of 2 nights or more).

A small, cozy house that provides a host with enough seclusion by setting up our gardens instead, before we are home to us. Layout: Entrance hallway with bathroom and toilet, bedroom with double bed, dining table, 2 zidles and TV. Dale can use the garden gazebo with a fireplace, barbecue, and seating area. We have a small forest, animal farm, horse riding, & carriage Tours. You can have a bonfire/grill, do some cycling, swimming close by. Next to our farm is the forest, a small lake. By car we are 8ks from Gorlitz DE & 10ks to CZ border. 1hr from Dresden, 2hrs from Wroclaw, 2.5hrs to Prague and 3hrs from Berlin.

Two bedrooms, one study room with dining table + fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom: one double bed and two single beds and small table for work or dining. Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.
