Sunny and quiet apartment with balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1500m above sea level The entire Lenzerheide/Arosa ski resort is within walking distance! Cross-country skiing trails 10km right by the house. Natureisfeld. In summer the "Bikekingdom" Lenzerheide. Cool nights (we don't need an air conditioner!) Also to escape the summer heat in the lowlands. Playground nearby and beautiful hiking trails right behind the house or in walking distance. On the outskirts of the village, well served by public transport. Access to the house.

Bring the whole family to this great place for lots of outdoor activities at your doorstep. The apartment is spacious and family friendly, features a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a cosy living- and dining area, and a balcony with evening sun . Free TV, wifi, and short time parking to unload.The area is fantastic for hiking and mountain biking during summer and skiing during winter. It is a very popular place for ski tours and only a few kilometers away from glamorous St. Moritz.

Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Nice apartment of 3.5 rooms for 110 m2, finished with Engadin boiserie. Located a few steps (minus 100m) from the ski slopes departing for the Corvatch, adjacent to the departure of public transport, close to the woods, the starting area of many trails and cross-country skiing. The lake is about 200 meters away. Unparalleled location in a quiet area. Direct access to the garden with private space, plants and squirrels populate the green area. Large living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Die Skigebiete Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün und Savognin sind schnell (15-20 min.) erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit frische Salat, Kräuter und Gemüse (gegen Bezahlung) im Sommer zu holen. Beautiful apartment in a house with 3 apartments, bright,with Wi-Fi included. Close to shops and ski resort. The balcony, accessible from the living room, has a very nice view of the lawn towards Maloja. Living room with high ceiling with exposed beams, fireplace, sofa and dining area. Large bedroom with double bed. Small bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. Bathroom with bathtub. Garage included in the price. Washer and ski storage room on the basement.

Warm and bright 3 room apartment in a prime location

The spacious, bright 3-room apartment is just 50 metres from the Chantarella/Corviglia valley station. The view from the living room on the Corvatch is fantastic. There is a large bedroom, a small room with sofa bed as well as a large living room with sofa bed. The equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer offer everything you need for a hiking or skiing holiday. The apartment is child-friendly and offers enough space for everyone (including dog).
