Exceptional in a small cove by the sea

From the terrace the view and access( by a staircase about 3 meters away) are direct. The apartment is air-conditioned for real comfort summer and winter. Wifi, TV, washing machine. The location close to the village and the port allows you to walk to enjoy the shops and nightlife. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and is adjoining another apartment separated by a wall. From May to October the apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Nice studio with independent room and its beautiful sea view. Large and rare open-air terrace overlooking Marinella Beach, facing the Sanguinaires Islands.
