Cozy house with view off the lake

This house has it all, character and location! The house, located in the village of Warmond, has it's own private dock, and is located directly on the open water (Kagerplassen), with views over a typically Dutch landscape, with cows and windmills from its terrace and garden. The property is loaded with amenities to make your stay extraordinary. There is a stone fire place for cozy evenings by the fire, complimentary Wifi internet access, a gas grill and bicycles for you to use. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens, hairdryers are all here for your comfort. The kitchen is very spacious and sits up to 8 people for meals. It is well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving plates and bowls, and small appliances, as well as tea, coffee, sugar and a wide array of seasonings. Yes we have a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a private alcove with a queen bed. It will comfortably sleep 7. The master bedroom had a recently renovated bathroom en suite. A crib is available. Bed configuration: - bedroom 1: King Bed (or 2 Twin Beds) - bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds - bedroom 3: Queen Bed - bedroom 4: King Bed (or 2 Twin Beds) The lake (Kager Plassen) Warmond is located on the edge of the lake "Kager Plassen" and in the middle of the Randstad, with all its energy and activities. The Hague (20 minutes) and Leiden (15 minutes) are all reachable by car or public transport. The beach resorts of Noordwijk, Katwijk and Wassenaar are close by and can be reached by bike within 30 minutes. Warmond is in the middle of the "Bollenstreek Route", known as the Flower Route and named one of the "Drives of a Lifetime" by National Geographic.

Ithaka Beach House, unique place with free parking!

FREE PARKING AT ITHAKA BEACH HOUSE INCLUDED. Fully furnished and detached holiday home (about 50 m2) within walking distance of the beach (750 meters) in the village center of Noordwijk aan Zee. A perfect stay for, among other things, cycling and hiking enthusiasts. There is a storage room and charging point for bicycles. From the cottage there are many hiking and cycling routes through the dunes, forests or to the city. Enjoy the peace of your own terrace. The cottage is perfect for 2 people.

Kom tot rust in het mooie Papenveer! In de omgeving zijn talloze wandel- fiets- en vaarroutes langs velden en plassen. Neem je fiets mee of informeer naar de mogelijkheden! Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang met parkeerplek. U verblijft op ons terrein maar door een scheiding geniet u van volledige privacy. Er is één slaapkamer, badkamer met bad, zitruimte met smartTV en een keukentje met kraan en koffie/thee mogelijkheden. Een losse kookplaat is beschikbaar. Partijen zijn niet toegestaan.

Cosy "Pelican Dune", minutes away from the beach.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance, and there is private parking available near the property.

Centrally located in the middle of the Groene Hart close to airport Schiphol and cities Woerden, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht, the Keukenhof. Ideal for hiking, cycling and boating lovers. Enjoy nature in the Nieuwkoopse Plassen and the green polders. Within walking distance (50 meters) there is a supermarket, restaurant and snack bar and bus stop. 5 km from the town of Woerden with shops and restaurants. From here, various trains go to the major cities. Use the bikes for free!

Lovely cottage near Amsterdam

Dit heerlijke plekje aan de Vinkeveense Plassen onder de rook van Amsterdam en Utrecht, biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke ontspannen watervakantie: Buiten staat een Weber Genesis BBQ. Daarnaast een ruime tuin en een steiger. De boten zijn niet in de huur inbegrepen, maar daarover kunnen we afzonderlijke afspraken maken. En dat aan het helderste water van Nederland, op 25 minuten van Amsterdam en van Utrecht, 35 minuten van de Floriade en 45 minuten van het strand.

Renovated “Sand” near the beach!

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

Plashuis in Reeuwijk near Gouda

Come and enjoy this detached modern house with beautiful views of the Reeuwijk lake Elfhoeven. A nice quiet place on the water, nature in abundance with a nice hiking and cycling area next door, the cozy Gouda within cycling distance and several larger cities at 30 to 45 minutes by car or train. NB. Christmas period 2024: check-in 20 or 21 December and on request to stay longer than 4 days (at EUR 150/night)
