Large and lovely new renovated penthouse apartment in the middle of Odense with lovely south facing balcony. The apartment is located in the delicious Hunderup neighborhood, close to the city center 15 minutes walk to Munke moss or Fruens Bøge. Bus 110 stops right in front of the door, possibility of free parking in front of the house. Here you live all to yourselves overlooking the rooftops of the city. In the kitchen you will find all the equipment you will need. Large living room with charming sloping walls and lovely bedroom with king size bed.

Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby are shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Interior: kitchen-living room with space for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a guest bed for a child, bathroom (shower with bath bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. 1 km to the center of Sønderborg and 1 km to the seafront and the Gendarm Trail. The apartment is on 1. Sal in a master mason villa from 1934 and is 78 sqm. The accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation, where there is room for up to 4 people.
