Poolhouse with one bedroom, kitchen, eating area and bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The poolhouse is located on the back of my property. This house is on a private well and Water is potable. # Twenty ($20) dollar charge for each guest over 2. # I sometimes use the refridgerator to keep a few my overflow items. There is sometimes limted space in the freezer and fridge. #Property is rural WiFi not city strength. * If images of mermaids are offensive Please don't book Poolhouse.
