Very elegant /Charming cottage on the city border to Neumünster for up to 6 pers. Neumünster has a great connection to Hamburg(A7) 40 minutes, Kiel 30 minutes, or the Baltic Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes. An outlet center ,the Holstenhallen are easy to reach about 15 minutes by car. The house has two bedrooms upstairs as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Of course, there is WiFi/Netflix!! The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

We rent a cozy, cottage close to the Selenter See, in the middle of one of the most beautiful holiday regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was fundamentally renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. Located in a large garden with orchard, it has its own terrace. It is only about 100 meters to the swimming spot on the lake and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
