The cottage is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is more than 150 years old and was former. Ice house of the manor house. Our apartment is located in the small Fährdorf-Hof district, located from the main road, on the island of Poel. In the immediate vicinity is a non-touristy natural coast. The nearest beaches are a few km away by bike/car: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and its own parking space. Note: 2022 is undergoing construction in the village.

Terrace to rest. At Schiffbauerdamm there are two parking spaces. The second one is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.
