Charming T2/3 on the garden level in Gap, quiet and green environment, 5 minutes from the city center. Private parking. Fully equipped, bed linen and towels are provided. This fairly rare corner with terrace, shady garden and heated pool awaits you. The pool will be shared with the owners. The apartment is located in the luxury residence "Les Terraces de la Bergerie", in Orcieres Merlette. Ideally located at the foot of slopes and shops, your stay will be safe! The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with elevator, southeast exposure. A ski locker and a parking space in the basement complete the property. A heated pool is accessible inside the building. With families or groups of friends, you will feel right at home in our 36 m2 apartment.

Welcome to La Bergerie! After 2 1/2 years of major renovation work, we are happy to finally start welcoming our hosts to this haven of peace set up in the vaulted cellars of an old sheepfold. Ideally located on the edge of the Beynon Forest which marks the entrance to the Parc des Baronnies Provençales. Easily accessible from the exit of the A51 motorway, perfect for radiating in the Baronnies, but also around Gap to the Champsaur and Lac de Serre Ponçon!
