Bus stops are in the course below the house, 1 km from the main train station, regional hospital "Torrette" and pediatric hospital "Salesi" 5 minutes by car.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Delightful apartment in historic building, with wonderful sea view. Quiet as a place in a pedestrian area. Cleaned. Paid parking just steps from the property. Paid covered parking with discounted rates for long stops 600 meters away. Bus stop 500 meters away. Strategic location: a few steps from all the medieval monuments of the city, the Teatro delle Muse and the Port. For two people, it can accommodate 3 thanks to the sofa bed located in the living room on the upper floor.

Relax with families at this quiet beachfront home. 5 minute walk to the main course of Porto Recanati and the beginning of the waterfront where there are many chalets and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a small garden where you can enjoy the sun lounging on the lounger and a large terrace that you can access from the two bedrooms. Equipped with all the comforts, it also offers the possibility of eating on the bright veranda overlooking the garden.

City center still quiet, totally renovated , 2 bedrooms 2 beautiful bathrooms, double sofabed. Lift/elevator, anti-seismic building, nice and quiet neighbours . All kind of shops, facilities and supermarket just a few steps away. Absolutely NO SMOKING so please, if you are a smoker and are not willing to smoke on the street, do NOT book this apartment, thanks!!! Parking: we provide tickets to park either in public and resident-only spaces at extremely low fees.
