One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. The beautiful apartment “Family Apartment Alpe” is part of the apartment building “Unterkehrhof”, a typical South Tyrolean house at the beginning of famous Gröden Valley (Val Gardena), in central position close to renowned sights like the alpine pasture Seiser Alm. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
