Stay romantic on an 18th-century farm with its own dock

For those who want to stay completely unique in your own house in a cultural village, with horses on the farm and access to our own dock. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature, hiking on trails or discovering your own trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see abundantly culturally famous places. As a host couple, we will be happy to show the farm that was restored according to old methods. In the immediate vicinity is the golf course (Arvika 4 min) and a canoe rental.

Nature near year-round residents of Tasebo , Klässbol.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Large house in Mitandersfors with lakefront location

Accommodation for 26 people close to the lake. 12 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all with shower and toilet. Two toilets in the entrance, one adapted for wheelchairs. Three double rooms on the lower level and 11 rooms on the second floor. Lounge with TV, bar counter with four bar stools, nine armchairs, a 2 last and a 3 seater sofa. Dining room with four big tables. Fully equipped kitchen with full fridge and freezer, refrigerator, stove with four zones and oven, work benches and industrial dishwasher. Fast wifi throughout the house.

Lakefront 19th century farm with undisturbed location

Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100m to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with a barn, herbre, stalls, fence yard and a sauna and a jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, jetty, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Classical Swedish cottage in Värmland

Classical Swedish cottage with main house, garden cottage, garage and garden. The hourse can suit multiple purposes, if you travel alone or with family and friends. It can be used year round, and is well suited for children. The house has been the owners property for over 20 years and is in privat use. It has a wonderful atmosphere. Please note that this is not a rental unit with hotel standard. It is cleaned at the best of capabilities, but will never be as clean or spotless as a hotell.

Unobtrusive and large cottage with panoramic views of the lake Ränken and private “shoreline”. "Newly built and cozy 2 storey house/ cottage completed in 2013 - with 3 bedrooms, large dining room, separate kitchen, fireplace and large terrace, jetty Summer/Spring/Autumn is nice for those of you who want to swim, fish, row, train, shop, pick mushrooms and berries, barbecue etc. The area is planned, and is easily accessible with nice activity/bathing opportunities for small and large.

Relax in this peaceful cottage of 50 sqm. The cottage is located only 1 mile outside Arvika. Forest and swimming opportunities are just a few meters away. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed available. A kitchen with two stoves, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. A bathroom with shower. Duvet and pillow are available to borrow. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.

Spacious and stylish cottage on the lake

Our cottage is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of the nature on the lake, the tranquility invites you to the maximum relaxation. It is large, we can have other families visiting who can retreat. The view is phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can just walk out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, the kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge".
