Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. This stylish apartment is situated on a quiet leafy lane in the village of Barford close to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon and not far from M40. Recently refurbished the accommodation is bright, modern and comfortable and would be ideal for a couple or just one person. Guests are welcome to bring a travel cot for infants. Gorgeous 17th century black & white cottage in the centre of Barford village in Warwickshire, close to Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon and Royal Leamington Spa. The tasteful interior is small but superbly equipped and ultra cozy. Perfect for two people or a couple with an older, non toddler child (if a child is staying we supply kids books and toys in this room). NOTE: THE CEILINGS INSIDE ARE LOW (approx 6ft 6 / 2m) as typical for a cottage of this age!
