Cheerful house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own dock and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor Sauna . Plenty of equipment that can be used as bicycles, pizza oven in the bullpen, a fire pit by the sea, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you might need. Short distance to Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here is the peace and good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that may be rented. One is a 16 ft with 25 hp and the other is a 17ft Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See photos

Idyllic place with lots of possibilities.

The place is idyllic to only about 20 min northwest of Molde . 70 meters down to the sea,with its own boathouse and possibilities for renting a boat. The place is in the middle of the sand, when it comes to mountain hikes, where you can choose and wreck in both light and more demanding trips. Walking distance from the house , there is Jendemsfjellet(Height 633 meters above sea level) which has a 360 degree view, towards Hustadvika,Ona lighthouse and Sundmørs Alps. Or what about island hopping? The house is newly restored in 2018 and appears as new.

Harøya a hidden treasure and gem in the ocean floor. Located almost at the end of the islands that form the North Island in the Møre and Romsdal County. Here you can enjoy the coffee cup in the sun, and explore the island by bike or shoes on the unique hiking trails across the island. Fantastic view of the Moldefjord. A beautiful garden adds additional charm to your stay. Nature invites both skis and feet for a trip. You can rent a boat or bicycles. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

Our leisure home is located in a great location in Bud, a beautiful and charming fishing village at the end of Romsdal coast. The house located in the innermost part of Bud harbor and only 25 meters from the water, has sea views. There is a large porch/terrace on the front of the house and on the short side of the house. Here it is warm and well and sit on sunny days
