Lake Front/Peaceful retreat but close to town

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends. Lake access is not ideal swimming, being shallow We do at times have a floating dock out. But we have had issues with Ducks taking over, and making a mess. Its a sit by the lake and immerse yourself in lake life type of spot. We do have Kayaks and Canoe available for exploring the lake. Feel free to reach out for more clarification of property.
