You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and an enormous living space. The pool area and wonderfully kept gardens enjoy magnificent views of the Goulburn river and the Great Dividing Range. Stables can be negotiated to be used as we are horse friendly.
