We offer a quaint farmhouse, born in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Can be booked for 5 people or more. We have lots of horses big & small and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. The 4* *** Star cottage in a rare secluded location! Our vacation home contains almost exclusively high-quality branded appliances. The full equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining area with solid wooden table and corner bench. On the upper floor there are the bedrooms with a large master bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The slightly smaller children's room with 2 beds(1 bunk bed) or sofa bed can also be used by adults.

The modern two-story house features a prominent facade with large glass windows and solar panels. A well-maintained outdoor space includes various shrubs and plants, alongside a wooden deck that provides access to the garden.

The detached house has 200 m² of living space. Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms with a total of 3 double and 3 single beds. On the south side is a 40 m² terrace incl. hot tub. The hot tub is heated 365 days a year and is available for guests to use free of charge. The house is in a very quiet area and is therefore ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It is located in the Inn-Salzach tourist region. The cities of Salzburg and Munich are within an hour's drive.

Magical cottage in Ortenburg

This wonderful place has its own charm. The old Schusterhaus has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it had been built in the 19 century. However, the interior of the house is adapted to contemporary needs and furnished in the modern country style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
