Situata nel cuore del centro storico di Serra San Bruno, “Casa Lasi” è un’antica dimora oggetto di un raffinato restauro. L’appartamento, con entrata dal centralissimo Corso Umberto I, si trova al primo piano del palazzo ed è composto da: ingresso, cucina fornita da elettrodomestici, due camere da letto e un bagno. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di Tv a schermo piatto. Completa l’arredamento un divano letto, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Un delizioso balcone in granito e ferro battuto manodopera delle antiche maestranze locali, si affaccia su Corso Umberto I e consente di godere dell’incantevole vista della chiesa Matrice. WI-FI free. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria climatizzata di nuova generazione. Per le sue caratteristiche è idonea ad ospitare anche per lunghi periodi. In zona ztl, con comodo parcheggio dietro casa, si trova vicino ai principali servizi. Vicina anche al mare: grazie alla nuova strada a rapida percorrenza è possibile giungere a Soverato in circa 25 minuti. Le nostre premurose attenzioni vi daranno il benvenuto e allieteranno la vostra permanenza presso “Casa Lasi”. This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Relax on your private garden terrace, enjoy the late morning sun, have an aperitivo while watching the sunset. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.

In the historic centre - Perfect for smart working

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Nice cosy Studio flat on the top floor overlooking the sea. Located in perfect position in the historic center. Just what you need to visit Pizzo, all the natural attractions and the beautiful beaches nearby. Hey!!
