Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The lovely location in the middle of the nature with stunning sea views including cruise ships and sunrises. In your own archipelago garden or on your terrace you can enjoy barbecues, the sound of seagulls or just the peace and quietness. By car you are in the middle of Stockholm in ca. 30-40 minutes. The place is perfect for couples, families with children or single adventurers.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. With only 100 meters to the nearest swimming jetty is a cooling bath, a ride with SUP or in the winter a skating trip the lake with a bath in our hot tube. A wonderful rural oasis 20 minutes from Stockholm city and 5 minutes to the Nordic region's best mall Täby Centrum-so when the city's pulse attracts, it is also easy to get to.

We have 3 kids (2, 5, & 8) so there’s everything you need for a family stay. Toys, bikes, stroller, trampoline, pizza oven, BBQ, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Kid safe house. Disney+, PS4, piano. Our neighborhood is full of families with small kids 0-10yrs old who play outside in the common area together. There is a playground, forest, & beach 5min walk away.
