Walk to town and the beach from our front row location. 6,000 square ft in total, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 private beaches directly below the villa. A/C units and King Size Beds in every bedroom, Flat Screen TV's, Free high speed internet Wifi throughout, Top Quality Mattresses with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets for comfort. Gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, 6 burner gas grill adjacent to the kitchen. Easy access for both 2x4 and 4x4 vehicles. Private and Secure with night guard inside a private community. 3 large Pool deck areas for sun bathing and drinks by the pool. Plenty of parking. This is a front row location directly behind the beaches sitting on the mountainside at a elevation of 125 feet above sea level with insane whitewater views up the coast for miles. The jungle bordering the property is teaming with wildlife including white-faced Capuchin monkey's, Howler Monkey's, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Iguanas, and hundreds of birds among others. 3 master suites each with their own private bath located on the first floor and 1 special ocean view master suite with private bath located on the second floor. (A lower level 5th bedroom suite can also be rented for additional cost of needed for groups of 10 or more.) We also have a high quality queen size inflatable mattress available if needed. Full sized kitchen and dinning area located on the first floor as well as a living room area with flat screen Smart TV. We have just bought beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to make your beach side lounging more comfortable! For families we have a high chair and fold out crib available. This home is built for entertaining the family and friends that come to visit our beautiful area of Costa Rica. Exterior soft lighting by the pool allows you to enjoy the perfect tropical weather and sea breeze all night long. A Beachfront bar and restaurant is located directly in front of the villa with live music Thursday and Friday. Just a short walk or drive to town is loaded with nightlife entertainment and music year round. This is a tropical paradise with miles of beaches to walk to from the villa. Our full service concierge can handle all of your expeditions, airport shuttles, rent a car, whale watching, fishing, massage, chef or maid service you name it. Casa Linda Visita is perched under a giant Guanacaste tree with ocean & lush river valley views from everywhere. Birdlife abounds. Scarlet macaws often make their presence known. It’s 5:30 pm - turn on the romantic pool & great room lighting. You’ll then love the beautiful sunsets over the ocean in the comfort of the patio or in the water. When the pool waterfall is quiet you can hear the distant sound of waves crashing in at the mouth of the Baru River. It’s all yours.

Casa Cedro - Very Private with Pool, Jungle View

Set on 4 acres, gorgeous mountain and valley views. A 20 minute drive from the beaches of Dominical. The house is spacious, light, the ground floor is open plan, kitchen area that steps down into the sitting /tv area. 4 large bedrooms, 2 emperor beds /en-suites and balconies, 2 smaller rooms, a super king and queen bedroom share a bathroom on the landing. Fans are through out the house and the master bed has AC. The house is 1 km from the main road on a very good road.
