Tiny home all inclusive, bedroom over the bathroom, living room has a sofa bed too , small dinning table, kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and complementary coffee. Hot water all the time, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country too

The Cottage has a fridge, KCup cup coffee maker, microwave, slow cooker, toaster oven, plus dishes & utensils. There is a claw foot bathtub with a hand held shower head and is located in the bedroom. The half bath has a compost toilet and there is a heater in the livingroom/kitchen area & bedroom area. Bed linens, pillows, blankets, & bath towels are provided. Chairs on the front porch. The cottage is 1 mile in from pavement on a dirt road. Sorry, no WiFi.
