It consists of two floors, on the first floor, at street level, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, 2 full bathrooms, open kitchen, living room and large outdoor terrace with mini pool 2x2 m. In the basement there is a gym and direct access to the parking space. AACC in all rooms, WIFI, TV and equipped kitchen.

Our duplex penthouse is perfect for a great vacation. It is a large space since it has two floors, in one you will find two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a large shower with a large shower and an open space with a fully furnished kitchen, a large dining room and a large living room. There is also a balcony on this floor. The upper part is very exclusive and intimate and we found a large room with a full bathroom, another living room, gym and exit to the large terrace.

Muy cerca de la casa (200 metros) hay un gran supermercado y tiendas de comida. La casa tiene espacios de ocio, como mesa de billar, pin pon y gimnasio. Ideal para grupos de ciclistas, familias y grupos de amigos.
