Enjoy the good life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Bright guesthouse behind the host's house with its own sunny courtyard, 200 meters to forest and 1.5 km to swimming lake. Here you get rural idyll and under 20 minutes by train to Copenhagen. Decorated with a focus on relaxation and comfort after a long day touring with, among other things, large double bed, down duvets, fully equipped kitchen and shower bathroom with free toiletries. Unik bolig for familie/venner der vil være tæt på naturen med mulighed for mountainbiking/løb/hiking og tæt på København (16 km væk). Villaen ligger på en stor grund med direkte udgang til Hareskoven, hvor der er gode mountainbikespor. På grunden findes bålplads. Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 8 and 12). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

This magnificent villa is in a great location to explore Copenhagen. New house (built in 2019) with 4 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All are spread over 180 m2. The common area is a big open space with lots of light facing the green outside. 700 m2 garden where you can grill, relax and pick berries and plums at the right season. Master bedroom with private bath and 3 other spacious bedrooms. Only one minute's walk to the train station which brings you to the heart of Copenhagen in 15 minutes!!

Feel at home near city.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

Smuk ældre familie villa, med masser af personlighed. Huset har en solrig terrasse, en stor have med trampolin, bålsted, havehus og gamle frugttræer. Parkering i husets indkørsel. Diverse cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig virkelig godt til 2 familier . Huset er beliggende et stenkast fra Carlsbergbyen, og en kort cykeltur fra Vesterbro og indre København. Der er ydermere masser af natur tæt på, i Vestre Kirkegård, Søndermarken og Valbyparken, hvor der også findes badestrand.

Quiet lovely and architect designed villa close to Copenhagen City centre (15 km). 10 min walk to nearest train station from where a train will take you to Copenhagen City in appr. 15 minutes. Large garden with trampolin and playhouse for children. A local City centre (10 min on foot) provides shopping and lovely restaurants. 10 min drive will get you to Copenhagen Racecourse and Bakken (similar to Tivoli) an amusement park (150 years old). Lakes and forests also nearby.

Welcome to our home, a stylish villa with lots of Nordic design. The villa is newly constructed - from 2018 so everything is new. Inside you will find an upper floor - two bedrooms, one bathroom, there is ground floor with an open kitchen, a living area plus a TV room a bathroom and downstairs with a large bedroom, another bathroom and an open lounge area. Also a room with washing machine and dryer. Outside you will find two terraces where you can enjoy the sun all day.
