This brilliant cottage accommodates up to 5 guests, With panoramic views of the Glenfiddich valley, this is a unique gem in the heart of the speyside whisky trail and the Speyside way. A short distance down the road is Dufftown, the malt whisky capital of the world, with many local amenities available including takeaways and shops. The cottage includes large gardens with a patio, seating and BBQ for outdoor entertaining. There is also a spacious locking shed with space for at least 5 bicycles.

Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard, you will have everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious break. We might not boast a seaview, but you are a 2 minute walk from two beautiful sandy beaches which are part of the Moray Coast Trail. Balass Hayshed Cottage finished to the highest standard and enjoyed by couples on mini moons, golf trips, weddings, visiting children at St Andrews University or just getting away from busy lives. The property has its own hot tub for the exclusive use of Hayshed guests only. There is a loft space with a further double bed. Enjoy the surrounding countryside. Edinburgh an hour by train. Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Beautiful seaside cottage with spectacular views

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
