The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Tonfano is a town located in Marina di Pietrasanta in Versilia where the sea meets the long stretch of sand embraced by the splendid and generous Apuan mountains. The house is on the ground floor of a completely independent villa, it's at 800 meters from the sea in a quiet area. Large living room, well equipped kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed, there is a Bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine.

Our trendy beach town apartment is open for rental this summer. Beautiful, modern, comfortable holiday home for one big or two small families. We are offering our much loved 80m2 second floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, large living area, kitchen and 4!! terraces. The building is also freshly renovated, situated in a very nice neighbourhood only 800 meters from the beach. All amenities in walking distance. High speed wifi and parking place for 2 cars in the courtyard included.

Romantic stay where Tuscany meets the sky!

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Welcome where Tuscany meets the sky!

Podere Cerbaie,in the heart of Tuscany

Podere Cerbaie is a cozy cottage near to the cities' s art, the beach and thermal place. Here the countryside is amazing and full of beautiful views. In the little Town of Cerretti there are a supermarket with local food and a Bar where you can drink something and eat Pizza like a local inhabitant. The house is perfect for families or couples. Here you can relax and enjoy drinking a glass of Red Wine in the pool looking at the beautiful views.

It is sorrounded by nature, so it is the perfect place to take a break and relax. It takes 5 minutes to get to the center of Camaiore by car and around 15 minutes to get to Versilia and its beaches. * a set of linens and towels are available at the cost of 20 €/ person (to be paid on arrival)
