With a private entrance in the back of the property you will feel close to the action in your hideaway when you want to slow the pace down. Explore the city by the sea, then curl up on the slouchy, cornflower-blue sofa with a book and soak up the soothing ambiance of this charming studio right on Memorial Boulevard. Soft buttermilk walls blend with cool aqua and bold shades of blue. This studio has a cute porch as you approach the property. It has been completely redecorated and has a fun bright and airy feel that is distinctly Newport. This apartment has comfortable living space along with a quaint kitchen that will make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the new furnishings of a large sofa, chair and comfortable queen size bed make this place your private getaway just steps from all the action. This apartment has a state of the art cooling and heating system. Full cable TV is provided to peek in on your favorite team or catch the news of the day. A gas grill is provided just outside the door. The property also has a larger multi level two bedroom apartment on the other side for anyone considering larger travel party accommodations. The property has desirable onsite parking and it's own separate rear of the building access. Because the place is extremely busy, we can not accommodate early check-ins/late check-outs. Put your car keys away as you are in the center of the City by the Sea! Look across the way and see iconic Newport eateries like the Red Parrot & Midtown Oyster Bar. Glance in the other direction and view Historic St Mary's Church, site of President John F Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy's wedding. Take a stroll in any direction and breath in the salt air and see the water as you will find fun boutiques, restaurants, and bars and the abundant activities this unique walk-able city has to offer! A few note worthy things to consider. The parking lot is shared with many other surrounding properties and this location has one assigned parking space. This is a huge plus for this amazing location. Extra vehicles are not permitted, however paid options are near by.

Walking distance to Brown and RISD. Clean newly-renovated second floor apartment in lovely Fox Point section of the East Side of Providence RI. Close to Waterfire, Newport ferry and a fantastic array of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. It is minutes away from Highway 95 and 195 Excellent choice for a few nights or a longer term rental.
