Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 20 minutes from COTA and a mere 30 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. A peaceful place to come and relax. A cute little house in the country. Come enjoy a few peaceful days with a gorgeous view of the sunset while watching the cattle graze in the field. Also enjoy the porch swing. The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. We are 17 miles from Lexington, 17 miles from Elgin, 23 miles from Taylor, and 45 miles from Austin. Come see us!
