This is a very cute cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You are very close to marinas and public access boat docks, within 5 minutes, as well as ATV trails. You can drive your ATV's directly to the trail accesses without taking the trailer. Minutes to Tackett Creek as well as other access points. We are within 5 miles of a brand new public boat launch with extensive parking as well as close to Powell Valley Resort 5 miles, Springs Dock 6.3 miles and Sugar Hollow 11 miles.

Spacious bedroom has a king bed, private bath/shower combination and all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, futon sofa, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating for 4.Coffee bar has a Keurig coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).
