A humble, roomy, comfortable 1910 villa on a short street with no exit. This road is the side entrance to the Primary School and the kids go home at 2.30pm A five minute walk to the local shopping hub and just 5 minutes drive to the cafes and restaurants of Gisborne's inner harbour. You're just minutes away from Gisborne’s town centre as well as a short drive to Wainui and other surfing beaches. We live in the flat at the back of the property and share the driveway.

Your family or friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Just two blocks from Ballance Street Village is this private and well appointed home with three double bedrooms and one bunk room. One double bedroom is seperate to the house. Trees, privacy and a beautiful (unheated) pool for the summer. Lovely deck area for outdoor living. Great neighbourhood - peaceful and friendly.
