Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Quiet self contained Apartment. Birkenhead Point.

Private Apt with separate entrance. Bedroom with queen sized bed, small lounge with TV, fridge, table and chairs, modern bathroom with rain shower, access to laundry. Wifi included. Continental breakfast daily on request ( $20 per person, just order on your arrival.) Our home is in Birkenhead Point, 50mtr walk to good cafes and an easy stroll to the short ferry crossing to CBD. Off rd parking. We are close to Little Shoal Bay with its bush walks, and to the Bridgeway Cinema and local shops.

Private One Bedroom Downstairs Flat with Kitchen

This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

Brand New Cosy Coatesville Cottage

Property is located 15 minutes from Albany set in a lovely rural area. Liquid Ambers embrace the driveway down to the cottage. Beautiful setting and views and lots of bird life. Peaceful and sunny aspect. High quality fixtures and furniture and very cosy. Double glazing along with heat pump for those colder months. Award winning Black Cottage Cafe is a five minute journey for brunch and the popular Hallertau Restaurant for craft beers and gourmet dinners that is great for large gatherings.

Spacious and newly refurbished one-bedroom guest suite with modern and comfortable furnishings located in central Birkenhead. The space is light and bright with lovely garden views and a private outside deck for your enjoyment. Great, central location - two minute walk to bus stop with direct routes to the City, Takapuna and Albany and five minute walk to the local New World grocery store and lovely Birkenhead Village. Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.
