Welcome to my charming Mancelle with its original materials, which has a welcoming garden in the front and a relaxing patio in the back with a jacuzzi; a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen; as well as two bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. Close to the train station (9 min.), a tram stop (3 min.) and shops, (5 min.) you can fully enjoy your stay in Le Mans, independently in my personal accommodation.

Superbe villa avec grand jardin, piscine chauffée, terrasse et arbres fruitiers, entourée de champs. Vaste salon ouvert sur la cuisine et la salle à manger, baies vitrées plein sud. À l’étage, une chambre avec salle de bain. Au RDC, une autre chambre, une salle de bain séparée et des toilettes indépendants. La piscine reste accessible en hiver (non chauffée). La maison est bien isolée et chaleureuse en hiver.

Located on the Mayenne/Sarthe border in a peaceful rural setting, close to the Alpes Mancelles, the house offers couples, families and friends a place to relax and enjoy nature. With plenty of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Enjoy the swimming pool (June-Sept, weather permitting) wood fired jacuzzi (open all year), games barn, large gardens and gaze at the magnificent dark night skies.
