On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, there is a direct exit to the public beach. Completely renovated with high-end amenities. Private parking is included in the price. In 15 minutes you can reach Locarno and Ascona, 20 minutes Bellinzona. In a 5-minute walk, there are bars, restaurants, public bathroom, and a tennis court.
