We offer to rent a cottage at the beginning of the Povltavské trail in Štěchovice. You'll be surrounded by nature on the edge of the forest. Only 25km from the southern border of Prague. Public transit availability from Smích.nádraží. Land fenced. Right below the cottage is a children's playground equipped with swings, climbing frames, and slides. You can visit the Midsummer Streams, Slapy, May Lookout, Konopiště Castle,Jemniště.. There are lots of hiking trails, bike paths, and an inline trail to the dam. Chalet with terrace is fully equipped after renovation

House, beautiful garden, pool and playground near Prague

Absolute peace and privacy 30 min from Prague. This is where the road ends, beyond forests and Velkopopovicko Natural Park. Parking is available in the yard. A house with a large and cozy space on the ground floor. Outside, a large patio with seating and views of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond, and various nooks. Upstairs 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Use the pool and tennis court, two basketball bins, or a smaller soccer goal. We're happy to lend everything.

The cottage stands right on the banks of the Želivka River in the old tourist destination of the sought-after village of Želiv. The cottage has an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a bathing barrel with a hot tub. Great starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings, or for biking.
