The Coach House is in an eclectic neighborhood on Lake Michigan. Grand Mere State Park is a year around beautiful place for hiking by small lakes and through beautiful sand dunes. A small beach is a 2 minute walk away. The family room and kitchen face Lake Michigan with lots of windows. The house has a queen bedroom, queen pullout in family room, and laundry. A gas FIRE PIT and a HOT TUB are located on the back patio directly on Lake Michigan with a spectacular view behind the main house.

The inside of the home has refinished hardwood flooring throughout from the 1930's. The entire home is newly renovated giving it a classic Lake Michigan vibe. Only a few hundred feet from Lake Michigan's shoreline and one mile to pet friendly Hagar Park, there's a playground for the kids and plenty of beach to lay around on and enjoy with family and pet's.

Immediately next door to Clementine’s restaurant and within walking distance to many shops, bars, downtown, and the beach. Right next to Pier 33 Marina and docks and water rentals. You can eat, drink, fish, shop, and enjoy the beautiful scenery all at one spot! The condo also has a rooftop for corn hole games, a grill, and tanning. Silver beach/the pier is literally a short walk away!
