Traditional architecture house (stone, wood and slate) in the center of Lanuza with views of the reservoir and the children's area. Rehabilitated in 2004, it's fully equipped (appliances, lingerie, and crockery). The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (rented all year long to friends). It is not closed because I am finishing the building. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.
