A Charming Home

Iconic home of La Coruña, equipped with galleries and fully renovated in January 2018. It is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous Calle de los Vinos and Plaza de Maria Pita and in front of the sea and sports dock. The house has been restored, maintaining the essence of its origin, but providing it with fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. New appliances, and a Nespresso coffee maker. Careful decoration. New bedding and towels, too. Amenities - The house has no parking, but there are three public parking lots, for a fee, just a few meters away. City bus stop, almost at the door, and bus to the airport at 100 m, with a frequency of 30 minutes. From the apartment, you can walk to all the areas of interest of La Coruña, as well as restaurants, tapas area and beaches. Supermarkets and TB Municipal Market is 5 minutes away. Guest support - at all times, if needed, via phone or email, you will also find in the apartment instruction guide apartment and local guide with restaurant recommendations and points of interest. Check-in and check-out times could be negotiable if we don't have the apartment occupied. Ability to accommodate a sixth person, preferably minor, with a 15% surcharge. Bus stop just at the door, and airport bus stop, located at 100 meters, every 30 minutes. The appartment is walking distance from everywhere in the city, museums, restaurants, tapas bar, beaches, and also supermarket. Guest attention - I can be reached easily by phone and mail. There is a guide with the appartment instructions and also city guide and restaurants. Check in and check out times could be negotiable, when the appartment is not busy. An extra person, a minor advisable, could be hosted, with an extra 15% charge.

The apartment is located in the Old City of A Coruña, the most charming neighborhood in the city, pedestrian, with history and very central. It is a cozy accommodation of 45 m 2 recently renovated.
