Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Appartment in Villa near Polytechnic & RER B

Confortable and new studio of 35 m², fully equiped (Double bed, fournitures, bathroom, WC and Kitchen with acessories, TV and Wifi). A convertible single bed is available for 3rd guest. We are located in a very quiet area due to the large garden that you can use also. Possibility to rent without fees via rental contract for instance : Please contact me. We are very close (100 m) to RER B 'Lozère station' (20 min. to Paris), and 200 m from polytechnic scool and Saclay research area.

Small typical Parisian apartment , elevator goes to the fifth floor, then there are two floors to climb on foot. The apartment is on the seventh floor MAGNIFICENT VIEW on the Eiffel Tower and the Seine ... Notice to photographers !!! Small cocoon ideal to enjoy a visit of Paris closest to all its monuments. The studio with a surface area of 28m2 is located on the garden level of a house in Verrières-le-Buisson, a small residential and green town 10km south of Paris, close to Saclay, served by 2 bus lines and RER B, close to Orly, composed of a main room with a bed of 160 separable, table and sofa, equipped independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. Its access is independent from the gate on the street. It has TV (TNT) and Wi-Fi.
